1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or broken items due to customer mishandling

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase


3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we offer:

  • Full refund (for damaged/wrong items)

  • Exchange or replacement (if available)

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash


Please allow 3–7 working days for processing.

4. How to Request a Refund/Return

Please contact us with:

  • Order details (invoice/photo)

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If returning for any other reason, you will bear the return shipping cost.


6. Change of Mind Policy

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product has no fault. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

7. Warranty Claims

Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the terms mentioned at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.
