1. Delivery Areas
We ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan through trusted courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopard, M&P, etc.).
2. Delivery Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days depending on your location
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate or Location-Based: Shipping costs depend on your area and will be communicated before confirming the order.
- Free Shipping: Occasionally available during promotions or on minimum order values (if applicable).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available in most areas across Pakistan
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
- COD may not be available for custom or high-value orders (advance payment required)
5. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed by phone or message before shipping. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours with pictures and proof.
- If the parcel is lost or delayed, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping
